  • I know it's discouraging to weigh yourself and not see a big outcome for all your hard work, but you are eating healthier (which is great for your body and mind) and the weight will eventually come off. I know you're already planning this, but I think exercise is like the biggest thing a woman can do to lose weight. I myself have a hard time doing this, but I know it's what I need to do.

  • @IzzieD Thanks :) I am trying to be positive about the whole thing. If I don't see progress even with working out, something isn't working for sure. But I think we'll just have to wait and see! :D /hugs
