  • Congratulations coach! mY BEST WISHES FOR YOU! Question: How important do you think the Yoga routine has into your workout? I always figured it's not that important to have a solid Yoga foundation, or to include it in your workout plan. How do you feel about it? how does anybody here feels about yoga?

  • every cop in the world should do this as a daily training program.

  • cool

  • i can confirm this is the real guy because no one else would want those tattys

  • @KerryDoan LOL

  • @iTheGeek >=)

  • Hey boot! Haha I was class of 11-94. Glad to see you got in shape. Im doing Insanity and I havent worked that hard since running the lines at the police academy

  • very motivating.

  • Wow!!! Great Job!!

  • how long did it took you to make such a big change!!!!??

  • Cops are cool as shit. It's the bad, corrupt lawmen that don't give a shit and give the good cops a bad name.

  • your body went from typical american to fit guy! nice, congratulations!

  • damn why do ppl in the result videos have noticeable results...I went 2 months straight doing the workout and different diets that were supposed to help but nothing...I think its the creatine in the p90x shake(which i don't take), if it is then I prefer waiting a bit longer cause i do not want extra chemicals in my body.

  • @xxKrazy2nRxx you really have to bring it, if you're waving your arms around just waiting for the exercise to be over so you can loose weight - IT WON'T HAPPEN. i has to do with how hard you work, are you committed to it, your diet (no sodas, bread etc.)

  • @xxKrazy2nRxx creatine is in steak though

  • i just graduated the academy a week ago. i also started p90x a week ago. hopefully i get similar results so i can become a better officer. thanks for the extra motivation.

  • please make a video yelling "oooohhhyeeeahhhh!!" like J.H.

  • I have to admit it. It is a great program. I've been on it and committed now for 7 weeks and cannot believe the results that I've gotten for so short a time! It's not easy true. Especially if you're not in the best shape when you start. I am 45 and began at 220 and am now at 185lbs. I started with a 48 almost 50 inch waist and am now at a 38 inch waist. I can't believe it! I've had to work my ass off, but have actually grown to look forward to the workouts. Great program! Peace. :)

  • @pewpewlololo..Probably..i was just giving my opinion on why (i) this happens to (some) people. Everybody has a different mountain to climb. Me personally...i've been married for 25yrs and i'm still fit

  • I'm 15 and I weigh 240 and I play football, wrestling, and soccer! Will this help me??

  • @TheJuanito44 no.

  • @TheJuanito44 Do you mean will P90X help you or the activities that you're already doing? What you already do will keep you in great shape without P90X kiddo. Just make sure and watch junk food (my weakness at your age AND now. lol) Don't do crash diets or any of that foolishness. Just eat clean meaning fish, veggies, chicken, turkey and a little lean red meat okay and stay away from energy drinks filled with sugar. At your age, you really don't need them anyway. And you'll be fine. :)

  • did u do double the workout a day and if I do, will I see results faster??

  • @21quiroz no you'll just tire yourself out and be more inclined to get an injury. Then again it depends on you but it's best to stick to what they give you. I'll tell you.... 3 months to get a good body is pretty fast.

  • @21quiroz You know I think without doubling a workout, it's already pretty intense and truthfully the body is going to go at it's own pace anyway nomatter how much extra we add. I personally would just stick to the workout as is and be patient. You'd definately get results believe me. If I can at 45 years old and as out of shape as I started, I'm convinced that ANYONE can. Hey man I'm doing Yoga for God's sake and doing pretty well and THAT'S saying a lot! Good luck bud. Peace. :)

  • yo im 13 GOING FOR A SIX PACK!!! if its possible lol

  • I think when you're married and have kids you just have less time to exercise. You have more responsibilities. It's not just about you anymore. But I don't think that anybody wakes up after getting married and decide to not take care of themselves. It's totally subconscious.

  • @belmont751 excuses excuses

  • @belmont751 Man can I EVER relate to that. I'm THERE. It is a challenge and you're right. Nobody just decides one day that they're gonna stop taking care of themselves. However, as tough as it is sooner or later, we have to make the time to do whatever we need to do in order to get healthier and take care of ourselves. Is it easy? Hell no. lol It's hard, but we also do it for our families as well as ourselves. Hey, you can do it to. One day at a time. :)

  • mr cop, which suplemments did you take ?

  • 2:23 Insane!

  • why do people get unhealthy when they get married??

  • @HuntedHouseMusic

I think mostly because if you marry someone who isnt into physical fitness you will start to unwind and forget about it. Not to mention, a lot of people only work out to look good for going to clubs and bars.

  • @ceramiclion Yeah I hear that too and that's the wrong reason to get back in shape. It's tough if a partner isn't ready and as supportive of you as you'd like them to be. That's my experience right now. I mean she's supportive, but not ready herself to start. So as hard as it is, I just have to do it for me and when she's ready I'll be there for her. Otherwise if I don't, I'll start to resent her and myself and it's really up to me anyway and not her. :)

  • Cool, but No respect.

  • fucking nice..!

  • 1:28 :D

  • i am in day 4 today, i wonder can ii eat chocolate?

  • @ninjaassasin4 Of course you can, don't be too strict on your diet. But also don't go out eating fatty foods. Sure you could eat fast food every now and then but not everytime your hungry.

  • @truchito thank you.#

i think the wors is to eat in the bad, before you sleep.

  • I love p90x i missed a few days but i was wondering and ideas on nutritio for a student budget?

  • I bought p90x and I never got the nutrition right and it came out pretty expensive for a diet like that. I'm in a really short income. So I was wondering any ideas or what worked for you for the diet plan.

  • @1FstSpooncrx I'm on the P90X program and I find that instead of following the meal plan i follow the portion Approach Pg15, 55, 79. I made a copy of the phase i was on then i posted it on my ice box and when i've eatten a portion of carbs or protiens i cover that portion with a small magnet. i than looked over what foods and how much i could have of each from the portion approch. see what you can afford in the portion approach.

  • @1FstSpooncrx Hey - I did my own diet plan, predicated a lot by my job. The entire thing, including nutritional values and all my supplement are listed under the "Coach's Corner" section of my website, xcellentfitness . com

  • Did he take supplements?

  • @m0nac0 Yes Sir - I took several - they really do help with your results. Visit my website xcellentfitness . com or go to my channel and see my other vids. Thanks!

  • @xXTHYBEASTXx4 dude.. well im not a motivator im just doing p90x routine (no suplements)... keep doing it, by the 3rd week youll be doing the complete routine ,, that happened to me.. anyway .. im on my 4th week and these videos keep me motivated! b cool... sorry about my bad english

  • @tbear116 hey tbear, this isn't my video - Beachbody owns it. Visit my website and look under the Coach's Corner section for the article "P90X Nutrition: My Core Foods." It details exactly how I approached the dieting aspect(s) of P90X. xcellentfitness . com THANKS

  • i wanna be a cop

  • @tbear116 i wanna be a firefighter

  • @NABmusicINC um well i hope that works out for you...

  • @NABmusicINC lmao just a random fact my bad dude.

  • joel was my p90x coach and i had tremendous results on the program. the workouts and the diet are tough - and there are lots of questions throughout - but joel was always there with answers (and encouragement when needed). if you decide to do p90x, which i highly recommend, sign him up as ur coach. obviously the guy knows what he's doing. btw, joel... go phins!!!!

  • your results are amazing! congrats! i am also a p90x graduate but unfortunately fell off and stopped "bringing it". how do you manage to stay motivated and keep on? did you do the classic version?

  • @impalasix4 Why would you want to stop? P90X is the gateway to a better and healthier lifestyle! If you need some modivation ask youself why you want to look an feel better. Really dig deep down until you find an emotional reason. Hope this helped.

  • BRING IT

  • i dont want to go to the gym ad make a fool out of my self but the iron gym doesnt work on any of my doors :( i can do them in my garage but its too cold atm any recommendation as to how to do pull ups at home?

  • @SilentAce901 You could always get resistance bands and use those I'm not sure how but I've seen it in the p90x dvds

  • @SilentAce901 bathroom door.
