the simulation is way too fast. things would be constantly rolling around inside, and people would be falling over. and how would you get into a room if it is constantly moving? how would you get from the stationary core to the rotating level? You would almost have to jump into it.
earthquake answer: the main beam/s will of course meet standards to support sway and repeated assaults coming from the ground. The disks/floors will be flexible and able to flutter a bit (unnoticeable) in case the main beams have extreme stress
and common sense says that plumbing and all other major systems will be routed through the middle of the building just like the elevators
Suite Vollard in Curitiba, Brazil was the first building which apartments can rotate 360, an individually spin any direction. However even when all 11 floors are rotating in different direction the building does not change. Designed by Bruno de Franco em 2004.
i like it. It will be good at earthquakes and win d because it is round. disperse force but from the ground i wonder about tilt that is it but i think he tested that as well would like to know though. Bless
He is stupid and got all rung. My good he as no engineering skills. he just think of the looks. Nothing works in the wind turbine etc.

This is too good to be true - David Fisher is simply a supremely talented bullshitter.

This is a brave new world
How would this building do in an earthquake?
I would want more green space
wonderful concept though
