during my FF1 class awhile back, our instructor told it if it is necessary, it is best to slowly go over a charged line as opposed an uncharged one. this person jus kept driving normal speed it looked like

I'v seen rescues and engines run over charged hose at my station and they never burst like this. This is the funniest thing i'v seen in a while! LOL!
