Yes its touristy - but this is a MUST for all travelers to Bangkok. Nice vid - they wouldn't let me film because my camera was TOO nice. Really.

The background music is buddhist monk chanting in Pali language but I've never heard this chanting in this rhythm before. Nice.

The " music" is actually chanting in Pali which Thai Buddhism uses when chanting the same way some Catholics use Latin in services. The Emersl Buddha is the most important Buddha image for the Thai nation and well know to many westerners. In a few years my mom is going to take me to thailand ( as she was born there ) and I hope I get to visit the Enerald Buddha.

Boring really, got all the music from Apple Itunes, just typed in Thailand music, you will find the names shown in the video.
