@elliephantus - This is a lecture about the internet protocol stack. The internet protocol stack is the process all information goes through when passing from your computer to the internet, as it has to be decoded into binary by the stack.
It all happens in reverse order at the computer it arrives at.
It is basicall technical lecture about the mechinisms using to enable internet service to be possible.
