@philly624 im not sure what country you are in but over in the UK you need a seperate motorcycle test and licence, if your under 21 you then have to wait a further 2 years before being able to ride a bike of this size

i want to get 600cc based on looks and the engine sound for street use. i wanted kawi zx6r first but ppl say it sounds like a turbocharged sewing machine? kinda killed it for me.. im leaning towards daytona 675 ... (sure hondas r reliable and long lasting but they look horrible with the rear turn lights and the tail is just so ugly. and i prefer undertail exhausts.. what 600class sportbike would u recommend.. it has to look good and the engine has to sound good(Not the exhaust = slipons)

@sammaes Crank hp is 133, whp (wheel horsepower) is 106. Car and motorcycle manufacturers post up the crank hp so gullible consumers think that their 600cc R6 has more hp than a 1600cc Honda Civic

yes its true the limiter is 16500 rpms but with a simple powercommander mod you can have a bone stock R6 running upwards of 19000 rpm 18 is possible without hurting any thing

Low midrange maybey but over 8000 rpm you forget all about that. Simply the best 600 out there. Technology blows every other 600 bike out there away

Yeah, I also prefer the new CBR 600 07, it´s more confortable in everyday use. However R6 07 it´s more beutiful but i need some confortability and also a more handling.

The Daytona is really fun but a little to aggressive for me. You sit really tall in the rear end and it puts a lot of pressure on the wrists, so great track bike, so so on the street.
