My all time favorite anime coupling is Eureka and Renton from Eureka 7. That's one of my favorite animes and I just love it. Not to mention they're young and you can tell that they're in love even more throughout each episode.

I feel the same way. that is the reason why I think Naruto and hinata can be a real good couple. They have something that naruto and sakura don't have.

I Like Naruto and Sakura.. they have small hints thoughout.. Sakura,like Lina, is know to cry haerfelt tears when Naruto or Sasuke gets hurt.

aww you didn't mention Keiko and Yusuke for Yu Yu Hakusho, or Rouroni Kenshin's couple, Kenshin and Kaoru, or Megumi and Sanosuke. oh well.. ^^;

I love Kei and Carson in Dirty Pair, they were an amazingly well done couple and I liked the guy and the chemistry between them made it my favorite Dirty Pair movie. Same goes for Chad (Yuuichirou) and Rei in Sailor Moon that pairing just stuck with me as being one of my favorite things in the entire series. The episode in S was so passionate and well written that it's still one of my favorites.

See, I'm an advanceshipper, I've always thought misty was annoying. Maybe that's because I found out about pokemon in the advanced gen, maybe not. I really don't know. I'm more of a rocketshipper. I avoid shopping Ash now because of the retarded fangirls.

Hard to stick with a hetero pairing in Sailor Moon other than the somewhat painful, almost dull Mamaru/Usagi. These girls are going to live for centuries, and any romance with someone outside the circle would feel kind of tragic, to a degree. That's my chief argument against things like Rei/Chad. The senshi have dealt with so much crap in their lives, have saved the world multiple times, that the mere idea that they'll end up losing the one they love because of a curse of damn near immortality..

@BlueDemonofFire Okay I must have missed something but I don't ever recall them saying the scouts were immortal. I mean they DIED before and were reborn-ish on Earth after Beryl so I don't recall immortality ever coming up or even hinted at outside of the Crystal Tokyo Future and even then, that future didn't look too insanely ahead in the future. I love Chad and Rei and I adore them in every scene they have together, they just felt so naturally together.

@BionicSlime They can die in battle, but it has been implied that their lifespans will be rather..long. It has also been implied that Setsuna is older than she looks. Now, I may be wrong, but I'm not the only one to think that the senshi will live for several centuries, barring some tragedy or other.

@BlueDemonofFire Setsuna? I just never saw any inclinations saying they would live long. In fact, I don't think there has ever been any points established in the show how the Moon girls differ from any other normal human being biologically outside of living on the Moon kingdom. They obviously age since Serena gets much older in the future along with King Darien.

Don't really like Naruto these days, it's gone in so many confusing, nonsensical directions that it's a little to painful to read or watch. Still, Temari and Shikamaru are the main reasons I make the occasional look. Two very strong characters (writing wise), a mutual respect for eachother..there's no way they aren't a couple. It says something when the chemistry of the characters works so well that even when the writer of the series wants to keep Shikamaru single, you get the sense..yeah.

Dirty Pair..I'm ashamed to say, I've never seen that movie. Seen bits and pieces of the TV series, been trying to find the time to watch it in full, but from what I've seen, that movie had better pull off a miracle, 'cause I firmly believe that Kei and Yuri love eachother. Love comes in all forms, and despite their occasional spats, they stick together through thick and thin. It's probably not be a romantic love, might just be sisterly, but still, that's rather limited opinion on the matter.

@BlueDemonofFire I never believed that Kei and Yuri were romantically drawn together. Best friends, partners, like sisters, like family, but I never saw it as lovers. I saw them like Denny Crane and Alan Shore from Boston Legal: inseparable and as close to love that friends can get without being romantically drawn.

Your Pokemon pairing is nice and classic. Maybe I'm a little biased because I stopped watching the anime long before May was ever introduced (at around the Orange Islands..felt they had risen Ash about as far as they could, so why were they still acting like he's "struggling"), much less Dawn or whoever else was next. Certainly helped that Misty seemed to be the beacon of common sense most of the time.

@WatchMeWc I honestly think they are together, relationships all function differently and most importantly: don't forget that a lot of people receive different things from shows despite what creators intend their projects to be. Just because the Naruto author says that, doesn't mean the show isn't already display something saying they are together.

Take what you want out of shows but don't get crazy, however in this couple's case, I say the evidence is very strong and noticeable in the anime.

Miroku and Sango have been one of my favorite anime couples for years. :D I was always more interested in their relation than InuYasha and Kagome's... Another one would have to be Nicolas D. Wolfwood and Milly Thomson from Trigun. I don't know what it is with them... I guess it's because their personalities were so different from each other, and yet that is why they were able to connect. It's the same reason why I'll always support NaruHina.

@Sonic2332 I'm also a very firm supporter of NaruHina and I kind of did a little "nod" to it in the intro before my list started. I didn't include them though only because they are not officially together and as I said on the video, I wanted to only use couples the anime confirms getting together or ending up together. So far, Hinata has only shown signs of love where as Naruto has yet to return those feelings, hopefully, he will 1 day tho. Cause him and sakura, ain't happening!

BTW I also believe in the true love stuff. However I also believe is complex irony in them. Like the fact a guy's soul mate will end up being 20 years younger than them or more. or that fact some people's one true love was the victim of being raped and murdered as a child. or starved to death or getting a disease. or you broke up too early

So while there is someone for everyone, I believe finding that one is just rather hard to find.

@BionicSlime what the first makes sense. if say a man's true love ends up being 30 years younger for example and they don't meet until he's 60, but goes on to live his next 35 years with her happily married. It's just the sad fact he had to wait 60 years to meet her.

Heck City of Angels is mine and my dad's favorite romance movie, and what happens? Cage gives up being immortal and becomes weak and only gets to spend one night with her as a human before she dies and leaves him forever.

I mean they have a 92% chance of getting together. Even Shikamaru's father hinted at it. He said that "Tough" and "Bossy" women/Wives "run" in the family. So yeah, there probably gonna be a chapter on them getting together sooner or later

You know what really pisses me off about Ash/Misty? Every time a new female is introduced, they try to have it so Ash has to be compatible with that new girl. What's more is that ever since nearing the end of Johto, he's now a chick magnet. Almost every girl in his age group falls for him now. And what's even worse is that I'm seeing chemistry developing between him and Iris, the BW female... darnit, writers, get your priorities straight!

12. easy guess but not exactly, mostly because the dub made them seem like a couple more, but the real reason I say nah is because Misty isn't even mentioned in the show after May goes away, and after Dawn makes her Cameo in Best Wishes that's the end of that one too. Ash is a 10 year old boy so he just doesn't have one. but if one must, yes Misty is the coupling to go with.

@BrokenFWD To watch an anime in dub is to accept the rules and regulations set up by the dub. Just because the dub changed things a bit, does not mean there is nothing there specially considering all the media and songs and stuff that have been established for them in the US. Also, what do you mean finally fact? I don't understand what that means.

@BionicSlime up until number 9 there was no fact in the parings. I didn't watch 11's series so didn't bother with that. 12 and 10 however while hinted they are not really couples. just people with feelings since Ash's side isn't explored too much and Shikamaru's romance with her is so far on the back burner it's why no one bothers pairing him with no one else.

@BrokenFWD I don't agree with that. Again, different characters present different aspects to their different relationships. Ash and Misty have been placed with hints since the show first started even if they are not that obvious. You need to be more open minded about this and not look for smoking gun examples, like I said in the video, and Shikamaru is more solid then you give it credit specially considering the characters natures.
