So far I've seen Tony as the only UK person and then Mike as only American , Also Steven frost was the only in season 9 when Brad came back on since Season 5
Wow you know what's funny? I just finished the price is right, and watched a little bit of the soap opera "the young and the restless, and as I click play, they start off with the super hero game
Yes, Drew could be undeniably annoying when he needlessly editorialized something or other. Like whether or not there were truly Three Wisemen who visited the manger in Bethlehem.
The alphabet game in this episode was the best alphabet game I've ever seen of both Whose Line shows. Mike and Tony were to Whose Line UK what Ryan and Colin were to Whose Line US
i think that the britline version is funnier and has more people, but i like drewsline cause colin and ryan were always on and their my favorit, they also play the games for longer
@BSBlover4ever1 It's so so lame that he always does 1000 points. Can he not come up with any other value? I know the points dont matter, but come one...
@BSBlover4ever1 So you think the points actually mattered on the British show? They didn't, but Clive didn't keep beating a dead horse by constantly mentioning the fact.
Well see the American's are just copy cats who can't figure out other shows to do so they steal from the British and they also can't find better contestants so they steal from the British Whose line as well not to mention Drew Carey while funny is not nearly as a great a host as Clive is.
Too bad you're uninformed. WLIIA creator and producer Dan Paterson ran the show for 10 seasons in Great Britain. It was after the cancellation that Drew Carey approached him about another series of shows in the US. And if you were paying attention you'd know that during the last couple years in England some shows were shot in America with Clive and the cast. Laura Hall debuted as pianist during those episodes. And oh yeah... Dan Paterson kept control & produced the American version too.
I know everything you've told me I just don't appreciate assholes who prefer the American version just becasue they are American and don't give the Britich version a chance
WHY COULDN'T THEY DO THE NIXON OOOOONE D:

I have to admit that Clive is NOT as funny as Drew.
RedKat999 1 year ago
@RedKat999
I completely disagree.
I never found Drew funny. I found Drew more annoying then anything and he tries too hard.
Clive isnt spewing jokes out all the time, but thats because he leaves the comedy to the professionals. He is tastefully subdued.

"You said the word...knob." lol
TDWPfan94 2 years ago 8
On the US version, the points don't matter. That's why Drew always says 1000 points. They just randomly pick someone to win on there.
