CGR Undertow - BATTALION WARS 2 for Nintendo Wii Video Game Review

I would rather have had the advance wars series come to the home consoles as a turn based game with better visuals and deeper strategy. That is just my opinion.

Can't say I've played Fire Emblem but I will check it out. BW2 reminds me a lot of Republic Commando, and how you control your squad etc.

It would be nice to have a few C&C games on the will, come to think of it! ^_^

@SamusDrake there are not a lot of rts games on consoles and its kinda sad because i love those games on pc's such as heroes of might and magic starcraft warcraft etc..... the wii u seems to be ideal for those i cant wait ;)

I've noticed there are a few more titles announced for the Wii U - such as Arkham City - that usually appear on the 360 and PS3. Hopefully this will bode well for us Nintendo owners! ^_^

Meh... This game gets really frustrating due to the complete lack of checkpoints. It sucks when you are playing a mission for about 20-30 minutes, mess up, and have to start the whole mission again from the beginning. If you want a great RTS for wii, the wiiware title swords & soldiers is definite must buy!

Battalion Wars 2 is for the Wii. The first one was actually for the GameCube. Anywho, everyone makes mistakes. By the way this game is really fun.
