I liked the Ivanov team because they were the mot well-rounded for all the types of car. If I remember rightly the L1 button made you do a hard-turn which was totally weird by today's standards. Also kinda strange was how this game encouraged you to escape the level to find the secret tracks.

Yeah I have this game still. I play it every so often. I beat it, then found the cheats and did it again. By then GT1 came out and I didn't pick this up again until I started fooling around with Emulation. Great video, I can capture too, but its also my tuner for my Media Center..lol I will get another capture device soon.

An interesting aspect of this game is that you could actually fall off of ledges and stuff... and have your race ended. This game had that realistic aspect of it. Maybe if you had this game, you could at least respect the aspect of no invisible walls. Dakar and buggies were great cars to race on these off-road courses as well.

This game allowed you to drive into Lava/Water. I remember doing that with a friend. Good times.
