  • from experience i beleive if cichlids GROW together then they will tolerate each other throughout their lives. served me well in the past. baasicall if they grow up as juvies.

  • should be ok for a while but eventually the devil will outgrow the tank and kill the others. if you get them when they are small, then you should be good for a year or so, i like your choice of fish and cons are about the toughest fish going

  • yes, i dont see a problem in the short term. if they are all young then they will grow together and there shouldnt be much aggression. if they are sexually mature, you may have a problem with the meeki's. my clowns are easily equal to the cichlids and are never picked on. if you have the option, i would start them in the 120, they will grow much faster

  • i have the 65 gallon at the moment i dont think i will get the meeki's after all i am going to get a red devil a green terror and a convict what do you think?

  • Hey man nice tank its really beautiful, i have a question though, do you think that a Green Terror, Jack Dempsey and Three Firemouths together maybe with two clown loaches

    in to a 65 gallon, then to a 120?

  • u think i can add a texas in with my gt and con

    theyre all young

  • yes you can as long as the tank is 55 gallons or larger. my big pink con male (5") backs down my 8" tex and my gt is dominant

  • thanks, they are 8 and 6 inches. i do a 30% water change weekly

  • Man, other than the cichlids your loaches are amazing! How big are they? Could they handle major water changes? Nice work there.

  • this video is old. the jds are in their own tank now, the cons are gone except for the pink male and the rest are in a 75 for now. i have a 125 coming for them

  • tanks well too overstocked all your fish need more room

  • I'm going to call your tank PANGEA this is where everyone comes together S/A C/A ,africans, and malaysian fish lol!!

this is Juan by the way.
