人が家の下敷きになってるので消防のレスキュー隊を取り合ってたという話は聞いたことがあります。ある子どもがレスキュー隊員を呼ぼうとしたけど他の被災者の方もそのレスキュー隊員を呼んでいて、子供はしかたなく「僕の家はいいです。他の被災者の方の救出にあったてください」といってあきらめたけど、周りにいた近所の人たちが集まって「君の家族は君の家の下敷きになってるのか！」といってレスキュー隊員の力を借りず一般の方々のみでレスキュー隊員を他の被災者の所に行くように言った子供の家族を家のがれきの下から助け出した、という話を聞いたことがあります。
