I got the trick! (very intelligent though), the lights are being turned off when the mask is turning round and then the lights are on again when the mask is showing the front part.
Just focus on the background!

Yeah!!! And do you relize the old man in the background too!!!! ;) But i still think that it is a amazing illusion, even if it is a trick.
