Ben is taller and heavier then Kongo which probably translates to harder to take down. Also from Ben Rothwells record I would say his ko power is probably about the same as kongos. To his credit he also is 28 and probably is not in his prime yet.

On the other side I think Cheick Kongo is not given enough credit for his durability; the guy has a very good chin probably better then Rothwells. Cheick also probably has more accurate striking. Cain showed he is capable I'm going with Cain.
