It looks like basically a boilerplate warrant for violent protesters and vandals. I tend to doubt that they had any information, other than their plan to attend the area of the convention, that I-Witness Video was planning violence or vandalism, and they probably had to go judge-shopping to get the warrant, which is why it took so long.

It's a duplex structure with only one of the addresses on the "official" document, the address [on said document] corresponds to the incorrect half of the duplex structure. Which means; the entire search was illegal even if the landlord provided permission. Since legally the property was not in his possession but, instead under the control of the tenant(s) , or the lessee(s).

This group was obviously targeted, as were their associates on an earlier date.
