"like " IS a word, with a meaning... When you're not an American teenager, hearing it all the time everywhere - and mostly anywhere - it's really hard to understand... Here, i didn't get what you wanted to say at all. :(
Talk like that with your friends as much as you want, but please refrain from using oral colloquialisms on international websites... Think of us poor (brainless?) Frenchies... ^____^
oh your not brainless im just a abnormal person who likes to talk in my own language! ok what i meant was he is some one i would admire who i like a lot not in a i have a crush on him way but i do like him and admire him.
But i keep my assertion : throwing "like" everywhere in the sentences make them gibberish, especially when you mix the "real" word with the meaningless one... ^___^"
Hearing it, you can decipher from the accent, but here... It all mixed up x___X
And i find it a bit weird to put an oral automatism in a written thing...
Feels like you are actually typing "uh..." while searching for your words ! xD
Mark Harmon is my favourite actor of all time

if everyone stopped speaking in their local colloquialisms, no one would be able to understand anyone at this point.

What Judomemo meant was (basically) Was that she liked him, but not romantically.
