just to clarify.. sometimes when we see or try to learn silat lessons on the internet it may look weak.. but silat is meant for situations that we don't expect and need fast decisions.. in time's when you get mugged on the street , stuff like taekwondo or jiujitsu wont help you.. silat is about confronting one or more enemies.. thats what some people dont get..

the word 'chakra' is derived from sanskrit chakram or wheel it is hinduism not budhism. budhism they call it qigong or chi or khi. there are 2 main basic type :flower-like and wheel-like.
