The big thing that most people can't wrap their heads around is that Gender and Sex are two totally different things. Sex is not even close to a binary; various levels of inter-sexes exist in humans that are impossible to pin down to F or M. The big thing that most people can't wrap their heads around is that Gender and Sex are two totally different things. Sex is not even close to a binary; various levels of inter-sexes exist in humans that are impossible to pin down to F or M. Gender, however, is a product of the mind and is virtually always either Man or Woman (super-rare that someone is truly "agender" or "bigender").

So yeah the "ladies who lunch" in the gender studies groups typically get it completely wrong from a science and psychology standpoint. From an anthropological/gender-studies standpoint, sex=gender=expression=role usually. Too simplistic and unrealistic.

Completely agree with you. If there is if any consistent dysfunctions women have compared to men, the government should be compelled to state specifically such physical disadvantages. But if they did that there would just be a list of gender neutral standards that both males and females would both fail and pass. It really seems the only reason is a vagina.

There are plenty of men sent to front line combat who have no physical advantage over many women who are simply disqualified from such service simply because they are female. It's bizarre, and comes from an attitude about gender that belongs in the past. However, I think the author of this video has a much different agenda, and also belongs in the past.

I hate how the issue needs to be skirted around by using how unfair it is to woman to justify it. What about how unfair it is to men? Women never have to face the risk of mandatory military combat. So why is it they are afforded the luxury to decide such things but face absolutely no consequences? Like if the male vote helped a pro-draft canadate win an election and he instated the draft. All the males who voted for him would have to face the consequences of that. Women on the other hand do not.
