I did not know what Velayate Faghih was so I googled it. It sounds very much like neoconservatism in the USA, the belief that the people are too ignorant to know right from wrong and so must be guided by a moral authority in government which pretends to be religious. It's actually very fascist in nature and is meant to do nothing but oppress.
