  • use only 22lbs dumbbell. the frogleap part is the hardest part

  • Dont knock it till ya try it homie. I was just as skeptical as most guys - to use this "stuff" in place and/or in addition to normal strength training. After being a functional training nut for the past 9 years... Im stronger, faster, and healthier than ever before. I do Plenty of heavy lift as well - but I wouldnt be able to go as heavy or stay injury free - if I didnt throw in the functional stuff. Try it out...
