The Sparks Plus (black top) I have in front of me says that it contains alcohol no less than 5 times - on the top, it boldly advertises 7.0% ABV (they WANT to advertise that it has this much alcohol, derrrr), on both sides it says "contains alcohol" (impossible to miss) and a whole chunk of it is taken up by the Surgeon General's warning. I think this is plenty appropriate...
