u cant tell if theres a difference before the remedy and after the remedy, and if you do then its just all in your mind. i would suppose. but vitamins and oils can enhance your hair health, which will result in your hair not getting split ends. and no split ends will keep your hair growing at its natural speed, which is fast enough. i buzzed my head 3 months ago, and by keeping myself on daily multivitamins, fish oil, and vitamin shampoo, it is now to my ears. patience my babies..patience

I went to go trim my hair today and get long layers so it wouldnt be so poofy but the lady cut it sooo bad. She cut my bangs (which took me forever to grow!) and my hair wont curl anymore, it just swoops out in weird angles.

I was so bummed out :,(

I wanted to tackle that frizzy haired mexican lady to the ground and punch the living daylights outta her.

i tried this and it was too sticky for me and i wasn't so fond of the smell..it works but i recommend the lemon and egg hair mask.

In two ounzes (one each) of coconut oil, Jojoba oil, those two lower the pH of the skin and hair, three or four drops each of essential Rosemary oil, Lavender, Cedarwood, and Thyme. Use once or twice a day.

Eat fresh, whole organic foods. Red beets are outstanking for clearing the crapola out of the bowel.

@liakatosvicky yeah i read the yolk was richer in proteins too and the egg whites actually strip oils so your suppose to put egg whites on your face if your face is oily but i guess the egg white has protein also so im not sure :)
