@MalcomAP Actually it should start at the federal level. Denying gay's their rights is a violation of the constitution. The only reason it is illegal is because people are ignorant bigots. They say that church and state are separate, but yet their only reasons for denying gay people rights is religious beliefs. Obviously, tax paying gay citizens are just as important as all the straight tax payers. Oh, and if anyone wants to protect marriage they should start by banning divorce. =) toodle-oo
