I am a Spanish teacher. I reawlly want to say congratulations ladies and gentlemen. You have made a very good video. Very educational, on beat and tasteful proper for your age too. I will definitively show this to my students. I use Realidades 1 also. I do not teach the -ais at this level. I prefer to introduce it at the second level, after learning by memory how to conjugate. properly.

Great video but technically if you wanted to fill the entire -ar conjugation box it would have: -o, -as, -amos, -AÍS, -an.

This way if you were to go to Spain or parts of Costa Rica you could say "you all"

¡Excelente! You made this video a year ago and it still gets great reviews. I'll show case it in class to use with my students to make their own video. No problem with the "vosotros" form. I am from Spain, and use it all the time when there, but I NEVER TEACH IT in class, at it is only used by a minority of what?... 20 million people? This is what is actually correct: This example is latin america where they don't use AIS, but in Spain, they DO. So, ais IS used in Spanish speaking countries, like SPAIN for example., ergo ais/vosostros = Spain.

@lauramc0123 the reson they didn't use áis was because it is not used in Spanish speaking countries except Spain. That is why a lot of teachers don't teach it. But what u said is true. Like my Spanish teacher calls áis a dead word kind of how Latin is a dead language.

Ok, first of all, as a Spanish teacher, this is not ghetto at all. And to be perfectly honest, I do not teach ais, never have and never will. I tell the kids, if they are ever planning on going to Spain, then they MAY, just MAY, end up using it, SPARINGLY. It's a waste of time, and the kids always get it confused. I am not going to teach something that is very much dead in 99% of Spanish speaking countries.
