This is music, Japan being the xenophobic country it is has it's own type of music with it's own sound and concepts. Just because it doesn't fit with what you think is trendy, means nothing. They still manage to be the second largest music industry in the world, and have artists that outsell loads of American acts.
Not to mention this song is over a year old.

Since Korean music is popular in Japan right now, they are throwing in some Korean words. For someone who appears to listen to a lot of Japanese music, it's strange that you haven't noticed this fact earlier.
