Just open console and write /cg_thirdperson 1. It's cheat protected cvar, so you can do this only when cheats are enabled on server, or in demo. In demo you can use key enter too (i guess). With arrows you can change angle of view (or try cvars cg_thirdpersonangle and cg_thirdpersonrange) :]

@kiss878 Move alot. For example when you trying to kill someone. Move from side to side and jump alot just keep trying to avoid them from hitting and get a good aiming thingy so you can aim good.

Its very easy to set up and gives some pretty good bots to play with.

I play alot now offline using the BoBot mod.

Its so easy and the bots are great, making this now a singleplayer game along with multi.

Theres also a cool Star Wars mod that gives lasers and uniforms etc. Very nice game.

Just clearing some things up:

When cheats are enabled, you can type in /cg_thirdperson 1 in the console to enable 3rd person. Enemy Territory is a free game, the follow-up Quake Wars however is not (but ET is a better game IMHO). The one who plays this is not exactly a noob but far from pro either, seeing as how it took him quite some time to push through and he wasn't even a relevant class (Eng, Medic). Not to mention not reloading and taking 18 bullets for a single kill.
