200$??? are you crazy. i made one and spent 30 bucks total and it looks better than that. on mine you cant see the mesh and the fabric looks tighter and more seamless. the most expensive thing on mine was the led's.

Hey Jovain, I make mua5heads as well and i wanna give u a few pointers :P. It takes about 4 days but if you get a 13'' beachball wrap it in paper mache and remove the ball it would look alot nicer and look like it has more polish especially if u spray paint the inside white, thats how i make mine anyways. If i was a customer i wouldnt be happy with knowing the fact that its made out of a hamster ball lol. good luck :D

@AnnoyingAlessa its just the mouth that i removed. i use that to make the rounded 'bottom' of the ear because its the exact same shape and size as the ball, so it just makes it easier to be sure that they will fit perfectly snug around the head.

@xXPeasInaCanXx its actually not curved. it just appears to be because the ball is round. what i did was measure from the halfway line (the line most people use as the top lip) up 1 inch and i drew a straight line all the way across to the corners of the mouth to make a new top lip. doing this makes it the correct size, so it looks more accurate to Joels heads, and it also helps you see better, because without doing that, the top lip is directly in your line of vision.

@wecannotlose heres how i do the mouth. turn the ball so that the holes in it make 'nostrils' so that there is one bolt on each opposite side of the head . find where the center of the mouth is going to be, and measure one inch from the neckhole (before you cut the neckhole) to make the bottom lip. then measure one inch up from the center halfway line to make the top lip. then jsut draw 2 STRAIGHT lines from the bolt, on the right, over your marks, and then to the bolt on the exact opposite side

@wecannotlose and for the neck hole i usually actually jsut use a frying pan lid. haha. it works really well. jsut make sure that when you are making the neck hole, do not remove ny platic from the "chin" area. only remove it around the back.

@69Jinja69Ninja69 it depends on what density the nylon is. for this head i used a really high density because the customer didnt want anyone to be able to see his face at all. so in that, it does make it a bit harder to see, especially at a rave. but its all up to you. get whatever kind of nylons you think will work best for you.

@MRALEXISCOOLful He got the mesh wire from ace hardware. (You can get it at Lowes, Home Depot, Or wherever they sell Mesh Wiring) He got the Hamster ball probably at a pet store. Most likely got the cloth from a fabric store, and the foam maybe at an arts and crafts store. Just throwin' out some places where you can get the stuff. 8:D
