  • that plane is very yellow... and is OK but I like more Finnair Boeing 757-200 planes :)

  • Finally, if you say "I was in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria", you'll say you were visiting the capital of Gran Canaria island. This happen also with the other four islands, which are another province. Hope this was understable.

  • The airport is called now Gran Canaria Airport, like the island's name. Las Palmas is the name of the province. If you say "I've been in Las Palmas" You could be meaning that you have been either in Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura or Lanzarote, because is the province for these three islands. If you say "I've been in Gran Canaria" You'll mean that you were in the island were this video was made.
