Why does everyone ignore Raikou?! I personally think he is the best out of the three legendary dogs. One reason is that Raikou can learn BOTH rain dance & thunder. Both moves are really bad for Entei & Suicune, mainly because rain weakens fire attacks, and thunder just blasts Suicune out of the way. Also, Raikou is capable of learning a few ground type moves, so that cripples Entei. I rest my opinion.
