I agree with you about the smoking in restaurants as far as the government imposing it's will on owners. But that's a very different position than if someone were to say it's the smokers right and no one should be able to tell the smoker not to smoke somewhere...since it's harming other people.

as far as smoking thing goes. in a public place there should be a vote on that but there should be no vote on wether or not a person should be able to smoke in a private place. we choose to go in that private place or not. if they allow smoking and we don't like it we can go somewhere else.

For building 7 to to have fallen straight down, so suddenly, so smoothly, so fast and so symmetrically, accelerating in to the direction of the columns, all columns would have to be removed simultaneously in a fraction of a second. There is no other way to make it come down the way it did without some kind of explosives being involved. It’s not possible any other way.
