I have a theory that they're just going to throw the micro chip idea out the door, what they're really going to do is make it so you have to scan your ID before you can buy anything. You won't be able to buy if your an immigrant and they'll know what you buy where with what kind of money and how you got the money. If and when this happens we all just need to do nothing for a day and watch the government freak out at how much money they lose in 24 hrs of no production.

I can't reinstate my drivers license and my bank account has been frozen. They are quit literally trying to turn me into a criminal, I'm probably going to fake my death at some point.

If the microchip will be a fact in near future, then all dayly activities will be attached to this tecnology like enter a building or buying something, how to avoid it and live. You could always work on a farm in exchange for food and shelter, then you don't have to get a chip to survive. I do that, there are many organisations that do that, google WWOOF (Willing Workers on Organic Farms). I work on dairy farm and drink raw dairy, look up works by Weston A Price (Nutrition and Physical Degeneration), Aajonus Vonderplanitz (We Want2Live) and Dr. Charles Sanford Porter (The Milk Cure for Chronic Disease) to understand how you can be nourished and healthy on farm food.
