It scares me that all of the stuff is dried and not refrigerated how may preservatives does it have and did it work at all?

I did NutriSystem before and I did loose weight on it, but I didn't like all the foods. That was a couple years ago and I think they have improved the foods now. Good luck.

My wife and I are thinking about starting nutrisystem as well. Hope it works pretty good.
