I agree with you about Bush, but please get your facts straight: Cassel was merely asking John Yoo the question. Yoo was the one saying Bush can torture children. Yoo actually "wrote the memo" in 2002. Yoo is a law professor at Berkeley. The full memo was just released on April 1st.

Cassel was merely doing us all a favor in 2005 or whenever, but getting Yoo on the record for favoring the president's right to torture children. We should be grateful to Cassel.
