The soprano at the end sounds like Izora Hollingsworth. She can be heard ringing out on If You Ever Needed the Lord, and on other St James recordings.
Your right about that soprano at the end! That was nice...you know sometimes I just like to hear a good choir singing some gospel with out a yelling/screaming soloist! This choir fits that bill! I just wish they could have recorded it better.
Can't you just see Rev. Glover dancing across the pulpit....Rev. Petty running around the Mt. Elliot/Pulford sanctuary...and Pastor Nicks with that white hankerchief?!?
Now this song...you can really give God a lil foot service!!!! I like the sopranos in this......They killn it...and the percussion.......Take an old Negro spiritual and give it a lil flavor.......
