I have seen her twice in concert (1 from about 8 feet away) and there are only 3 others that i have seen that can come as close as Pat does to reproducing on stage what she does in the studio, Cyndi Lauper,Linda Rondstat and Ann Wilson. This was the music video for the song that was played on MTV. She's not lip-syncing during the concert where they shot it, but they probably put the studio version audio over the concert footage. She doesn't need to lip-sync, and she can pretty much re-create anything she does in the studio unlike today's singers which are mostly dancers/performers.
