this is sick!!!! but how did you get the guitars to sound this good in ableton?!?!?!/ please make a tutorial or something about how to get this heavy and full sound, cause I'm not a guitarist so I don't know how to mix guitar parts! that would be much appreciated!
@prometheusconquers Lol, thanks man. Ill try I guess lol. Ive never made a tutorial before so I cant promise anything. Really it comes down to having a really good and clean signal. After thats established, record a track then copy and paste it to another. pan one left and the other right. Make sure one of the tracks doesnt start playing in unison with the other because that will only increase the volume. Make the start point a couple milliseconds later than the other.
@MaliceDren First duplicate the track, don't copy and paste, just right click and hit 'duplicate' , so then you have 2 identical tracks, pan one left and one right, as you already do, and then on one of the tracks adjust the 'Track Delay' setting by how ever many milliseconds you want. It is easier than dragging the clip to get a delay. I do it this way, I think you'll find it faster. Make sure you have 'show track delays' active. I can send you screen shots if you want.
@c32linder Thanks dude. Its actually nice to hear that there is some progress in that area. I figure if I fail at writing music then maybe I can just work on my producing technique lol.
Hell yeah!! ,\m/..........nice!

@MaliceDren can't you just use the delay feature in ableton for that? instead of starting the track delayed, is not that easier. nice work btw.

@TheBognordave That would be MUCH easier lol. Where is this feature? I kinda feel retarded now lol.
