it´s funny how people here like you try to compare and show off their musicality. I think Paul McCartney is one of the only musicians, no matter if he can read it or has credentials from music university, but his solo work is almost uncomparably inferior to his work with the beatles.

I can see where you may make a statement, but I will disagree with you concerning his post-Beatles stuff. I'd say everything from the 70's material had at least one monster track on it (sorry, with the exception of "Badk to the Egg", but then there are many people that think that's his best Wings album, and "Wonderful Christmastime" was placed on the cd version, so I guess I'm corrected with my axception) - All from the 80's and 90's were huge as well. I'm sure they'll something I'll love on it!

Actually lsesie, I'll admit I haven't liked everything Paul has put out, but I find his new album quite good. So, yes, someone does give a damn about it. I could care less what band someone was in when looking at their solo work. If it's good, I buy it, if not, I don't buy it. The albums actually surprisingly good to me. Yes, I think The Beatles are the best ever but that has no effect on me buying solo albums.
