Tom does have more interest ava he said so himself in an interview with kerrang He said he loves blink still and it pays the bills and that he loved having his best friends back but lets face it the last album before the split showed that they weren't going to go back to dammit and etc as that had lost the magic for them as they had changed. I think its fair enough!

Tom's not the healthiest guy considering his back problems and the cancer he had. He does move around some and he seems like he's having a good time playing in Blink still (maybe not in this video), but I do agree that he prolly has more interest in AVA >.<
