hey guys, how to do the second mission? they ask me to scan something, but i have no idea ho to scan those vehicles. plz upload or tell me how to scan stuff? n yes, give me some nice website with its walkthroughs, thx a lot. -Sohail.
i hope they wither make a port to the latest consoles or make a sequal i loved this game and just remebered it after clearing out my attic and finding my old ps2 box on it with this game on the abck
@relaxitzace lolol. i remember playing that. right after u finish off the bombers and head for the dam, focus all fire on the dam. try not to overheat ur engine and feather ur way through. each time u speed into the dam u should destroy at least one target. keep doing this and fly STRAIGHT. ;D i got stuck at the china missions -_-
i really loved this game, very different when compared to all those ace combat and other jet games. what i especially loved is being able to land anywhere, and at any time too, that was cool. when it comes to ace combat and landing with the gear, land anywhere else and ur HP drops like a boulder -_-"
@gang1337grace Yeah the gameplay wasn't exactly seamless, everyone at the time was trying desperately to beat halo.....and failing. Dropship was an awesome game, it's a shame that it never sold in greater numbers or we may have still been playing it :)
Yeah. It's a great game just that I couldn't see how dropships were capable of dogfighting, especially the drivers in the vehicles within the dropship probably dying from whiplash. Maelstrom144, if you haven't already, there's a 'cheat' you can activate that puts you into a scenario that lets you choose some types of aircraft and then you are placed in an area where you are bombarbed with waves of enemy aircraft. I never finished it, if there was a finish. I always ran out of ammo or got killed.
yea, this game was badass, but i was minamly dissapointed that there wasn't many fighter's instead of drop ships beside one, and that one didn't fit my style
they made a land based 'sequel' for the ps2 online thing which was a huge failure. then the developers (i forget the name of the company) seemed to dissapear.
i recon this would have been an absolute monster of a pc game if they'd expanded it accordingly.
ah wow - I did the sound programming for this --- it's such a blast from the past to hear it all again !

i have completed UPF but the hardest mission for me was mission 3:3 were you have to sneak in to the enemy port.

Yeah I fly Osprey too in ArmA2. Im thinking about making some dropship for ArmA2 based on osprey's class.
