@Killersnake432 Dude you just made me feel so much relief. I just bought the game, and it's downloading. So I decided "Hey I will test out the benchmark... I then got a 1154.... I was about to freak out, but I then started to look stuff up.. My specs are 2.9 GHz Dual Core... 8 GB DDR3 Ram... Nvidia GT 520 1GB... Do you think I will be able to run it ok?
@Killersnake432 Ok awesome thanks a ton. Hopefully my initial download will be done by this afternoon, and my patches by this evening... I can't wait to get started, I have been feeling real nostalgic of FFXI recently, so I am thinking about rolling the equivalent of what I was which was a Tarutaru BLM, however I am also leaning on what my other character was which was a Hume Dragoon. Would you suggest a server?
I built a AMD II x4 @ 3.0ghz, 4 gb ram, sapphire 5770 hd budget gaming computer for about $400 bucks and it can run ffxiv and rift like a champ. Its a good built for budget.
@zellardo god get used to new online games (MAG, FFXIV, etc,..) been really buggy and unfinished when they come out. The games has been patched well since the release and by the PS3 release date it should be great.
I have c2d t6600 @2.2ghz and a 240m, which is basically an overclocked 230m.
After a lot of messing around in nvidia control panel and overclocking the gpu, you can get 1500 on the benchmark. In game is pretty smooth even in cities. These cards will overclock quite nice so try it! Also turn off depth of field, ruins gpu's.
I run it on 1280x720, standard shadows, 8xcsaa, high textures, high af
How do you think something like this would preform Core i5 430M(2.26GHz) 4GB Memory DDR3 500GB NVIDIA GeForce GTS 360M? low setting doesn't seem to bad it looked as tho it didn't lag as much, you think maybe its cause of the video card you have? because you have the minimum/basic requirments to play = (
@zellardo well the laptop I found had those specs but its sold out now I just checked *is sad* = / so I have to go back to my initial plan with geforce gtx 260m 4 or 6 ram 2.53 duel core another ok laptop I found. Are u still getting 14 with the current laptop you own?
Omg this is sooo low-end...after all it can play Crysis maxed.
Geforce GT 230M 1gb
Intel core 2 duo 2.53

I scored a 600 even with this rig:
AMD Athlon II x2 250 @ 3.84GHz
2GB of DDR3 1333 @ 1600 CL8/8/8/20
Radeon HD4200 @ Core 880MHz
My cooling system involves a box fan aimed at my onboard gpu, and any higher on the frequencies and everything gets unstable.

I have Acer 5930 g with NVIDIA 9600 m gt. My score is just 1110. Is it well enough to play this game? I already have overclocked it by Riva Tuner..

idk if my settings are just retarded atm or what but i scored a 76 on the benchmark on low with this computer:
windows vista home basic (6.0, build 6002) service pack 2 (6002, vistasp2_gdr.100608-0458)
AMD Athlon Dual-core QL-60 (2 CPUs), -1.9GHz
Nvidia Geforce 8200m G
3GB ram....
i seriously think something was wrong with the benchmark, i know my computer isnt the best but do you have any suggestions on my settings ?

@Zachisgod92 There's nothing wrong with the benchmark, you really need a higher clocked cpu and a new gpu.

Thanks for posting. I benched my rig last night and I scored 216 >_<
Think I'll be able to keep up with my pals until the PS3 release or will I just be wasting my money buying this?
