hi jan, very well done with the video and good fishing, you maybe the best fisherman to troll in saltwater that ive seen good job, im wondering what type of rod are you using in this video? and the ones in dubai?

and what type of rod/reel do you recommend to use in kuwait for baitcasting?

i just ordered a shimano tallus trolling rod and a shimano TLD30IIa two speed trolling reel so what do you think about this combo for trolling in kuwait?

@playboxfan Hi and thank's for your comment. I am using Penn Senator rods and two locally made rods in the 20-40 lbs class. I find the 50lbs rods too heavy for the fish we catch. I started with heavier gear but the more experienced I got the more I slimmed it down - it's more fun when you give the fish a better chance. The two speed TLDs are great reels and if properly maintained should last forever.

hi jan, thank you very much for your advice , honestly im glad to take your advice , its an honor to see you here in kuwait, if you would like to come to kuwait ill take you in a tour in the sea and in the city, and if you want anything just ask for it, and if you like to see our fishing for the grouper,silver seabream,king mackerel,barracuda and more, just say so i can send you some pics(still working to get a better camera to shoot some vids) , again thank you !

Hey Jan, I happened upon your videos a couple of weeks ago and can't stop watching them. Very well done. You gonna buy an MTC2 down in Miami?

If you get a chance to go out in the Gulf, the fishing is amazing there (=here for me), too.

@dwmckay99 Hi...Thank's for your feedback and I am glad you like my videos as much as like making them. I am in MIA for a while only so there is not going to be an MTC2. We are planning to go out again next week so stay tuned....Fish On !
