  • lmao... fun to watch dogs vocalizing.

  • UH OH, UH OH, UH OH

  • I thought that the dog was like on the off beats of the violin. HAHAAHAHAHAAAA one of the best singin dogs I've ever seen! A-W-E-S-O-M-E

  • Haha towards the beginning

" Mum! Mum! Mum!! Turn it off Mum!!"

  • if the shibas ears were hurting, he wouldn't be sitting still and howling. he'd be biting someone's leg off.

  • oh my gosh! that's the most chuby shiba Ive seen yet <3 (is in love)

  • What a cute little shiba! He seems to enjoy the violin !

  • AHAHAAH this is so cuteeee >u<

  • Great vidoe and fantastic vocal from miku musicpixl162 love shiny inu such adorable dogs

  • I have a Shiba too or should I say he has me anyway he jams with me all the time.Good for the soul....

  • That is so cute! I love Shiba INu's!!!

  • The shiba inu keeps going "OW OW OW OW OW OW OW" lol

  • This is what it sounds like when old Chinese women argue on the subway!

  • @johnclavis Shiba Inus are japanese. =)

  • If a dog's ear was so painfully sensitive to loud noise, why on earth would they make even louder, more shrill noises to drown out the noise they hear? A dog howl is simply a vocalization, just like a human yell. They howl/bay to show excitement (cheer), to greet or call others (long-distance), to entertain themselves or others (singing), to lament (mourn). Dogs in physical pain will yelp, pant, or whimper... but not typically howl. Especially not because of sensitive ears.

  • @Copperbat Thanks for the clear explanation! It's so nice to see supportive comments; not ones from people who tell me I'm an idiot for harming my loved ones...

  • It's so annoying how in practically every video of a dog doing something, there's these idiots who always assume that people are hurting their own dogs.

Anyways, that's an awesome dog, and a really good violinist ^^

  • @Afroded Awww, thanks for the positive comment! I really appreciate it! Miku paws at the door to come in when I practice because he LOVES it so much. There is really no way he's trying to tell me to shut up.

  • @Afroded: While I agree, the untrained and ignorant eye will see it that way. It's natural to feel this way because there are videos where the dogs are hurting somehow.

  • Bravo! BRAVO! BRAVA! BRAVAVAVOVO etc...

  • Miku and Mishka the husky should do a duet

  • Read the dogs body language. If it were in pain the dog would #1 leave and #2 fold it's ears back and have more of a whiny bark. Shiba Inu's are known to be rather vocal.

This is clearly just it's way of singing along with the music.

I thing that's adorable by the way ^^

  • @xmewlingxbunnyx I think he's great too! ;)

  • The music was actually hurting his ears. Making those whining sounds begging you to stop! XD

  • that dog gots some talent. he should be on the next american idol. 4REAL !!!!!!

  • LOL!!!

  • BAWOOOOOOOOOWOOOOO

  • Hillarious, watch this so many times and always makes me laugh

  • @Kalle4211 Youre an idiot. That's not even remotely true at all.

  • @jrbigelow Is not only true, it`s a fact. Almust every dog vill "sing" for you if they are torture whith noice from a harmonica, violin even som times from the siren from the ambulance..

Even so i am not an idiot but a doktor nos and ear specialist whit 2 dogs, 1 Akita and 1 Shiba.

I wish you a happy day.

  • @Kalle4211 Incorrect. Dogs howl because they are "singing with their pack." It has been scientifically proven that it does not hurt them. If it did hurt them, they would remove themselves from the source of the noise, i.e. leave the room, rather than stay there and bark at it.

  • @Kalle4211 yea, thats why he walked TOWARDS the noise source instead of away. genius guy right here....

  • @Kalle4211

Sometimes dogs will howl when they hear sirens or other loud higher pitched sounds like clarinets and flutes. These sounds may even come from a television set. Dogs do this as an instinctive response to hearing what they interpret to be another howl (dog in the distance). They are not doing this because it hurts their ears.

  • @Kalle4211 Oh, so that's why the dog walked up to the violinist. That dog looks healthy and loved, a TORTURED dog, would look skinny, beaten, and abused.

  • Beutiful!

  • what a cute dog i always wanted one like that

  • Magnificent barking...

    Bark bark... Bark bark.

  • WTHAT THE FUCK

  • that Shiba Inu could sing in opera...

  • aaww thats the cutest thing , and your a rly good violinist.

  • i love kreisler

  • basicly every shiba knows how to sing so does mine

  • Aww!

  • he is good tenor singer equal to pavarotti.

  • Ha Ha I love these dogs. I cannot wait to own one.

  • agreed.

  • Amazing violin playing! And your dog knows it!

  • THAT IS AWESOME! I LOVE THIS DOG!

  • I want one

  • Aww :3

  • cute! :)

  • lol i played piano when i was little (well little up to 14). Mine would always sing , in the beginning he was scared but after a while he got comfortable, especially when i played fast paced songs.

Now i play the drums (16) and again, same deal, he was scared now he LOVES it, but i never let him get too close i'm scared it might damage his hearing so he sings from the second floor :D

  • well, I play trumpet and my shiba just sleeps through that

  • Aw, he is so cute!

  • That is absolutely fantastic! What a smart pup!

  • That was pretty neat. My shiba doesnt sing. She has some funny barks though. Check out some of my shiba clips!
