I think the blindfold should be only for rits... all the helmets cover their eyes.. right? Makes more sense then a ranger that is supposed to be accurate.

Yes, Diessa Chalices are 1.5 - 2k each right now, because they rarely drop and the number of CoF runners decreased.

While I agree that runners for CoF has decreased, I have to 'disagree' that they are rare to see drop.

I personally get 1-3 a run almost every run whenever I do CoF.

I get at most one, it's totally luck based.

Drop chance is somewhere between 0,5 and 2% probably, wiki doesn't have exact data.

Considering that it still takes about 20+ runs even if you got 2 on average, people want to buy this instead of farm it themselves, which is responsible for the price =/
