5 months ago I had an implant put into type II bone at 30 by a Periodontist, who had done 2 others 19,20 pain free.
Implant 30 has been a living nightmare of pain and sleep deprivatilon. Instead of removing the implant, the dentist has sent me around to all his oral surgeon buddies to verify how great he is and to clean me out financially. I feel like a gaffed fish being pulled downward. Is there another method besides drilling out?
my asshole just got 100 times tighter

@Anon5K A specialized key can be used to turn the implant screw out of its' socket and then the remaining pilot hole can be filled using bone putty.
