hi i have a zune too and mine did the same thinng i was PISSED!! anyways my uncle works for microsoft and i called him and he imformed me that microsoft is working on it and the problem should be fixed january first!! keep i on the charger and tommorow afternoon or night try it again!! microsoft crashed and t when zunes are fixed everyone who owns a 30 gig will have updated and better software!! it sux but there is a bright side to it!!hope i helped!!
