  • Do you think that foam falls would be stiff enough for a shortish 6-8 inch mohawk? Or do they have stiffer types of foam?

  • @FoodCubes If you want it to stick straight up, no. i would recommend a thicker foam, but you wont be able to do as many layers. Or, you could back the foam with some glue/fabric to make it a bit stiffer.

  • @FoodCubes They have a thicker versions of the same foam that I would recommend and if you glue 2 layers of it together it should stand pretty straight. If not you could put a loop of wire in between and that will and then some.

  • can you please tell me were i can get this to buy to make my own because a friend of mine and i are planning on opening a website to make and sell cyberlox , i dont have money to order the foam and stuff online right now and i was wondering if i can buy them in a store maybe an arts and crafts store or something

  • @MizzToxicNeedles u can get them at micheals or jo anns rexlace is boondagle string and the foam is just regular craft foam

  • so useful, thanks

  • Could you possibly add a photo or something of you wearing the finished product?

  • @HollyHorror87 you can see the ones i sell on my etsy site, (bunnyko.etsy.com) on a fake head. depending on the size of your bun, and the length of the falls will determine how they lay.

  • Love youuuuuuuuuuu !

  • omg they r SO EASY and so effective!!!

  • ok i have a problem. i made dread falls folding foam the same way as u hear.i puted them on an elasti butcan't get them on my hair. i'mnot sure how the explain it but if i put it around my ponn/bunn it doesn't fit becouse the foam is quite big in width (i've made 1inch ones) so it thicker than the bun and it can't be tied. i don't know if u get what i mean. help! xD

  • yeah, thats why i make mine at 1/2 inch, cause with one inch they fall weird. i get 10 of mine on one elastic for good coverage. i'd suggest just cutting them down smaller. sorry if thats not much help!

  • i tried doing that and it's much better, but i puted 6 and the last one is still upside down when i tie it and looks strange. how do u fit 10 0_o

  • i guess i can fit them because my hair is really thick and i can get a thick bun on my head. i usually recommend taking a few off for those with fine hair, or adding a thick scrunchie around your bun to make it thicker.

  • wow

    quick and to the point.

    thanks hon!

  • omg I LOVE YOU for making the tutorial.

  • thanks!

  • But like how do you tie it on to something?

do you like make more of those and like put them together i might need a specific-er :) tutorial but this was helpfull :D

  • yeah, this was actually a small part of the full tutorial. you make a bunch of those and thread lace or elastic through he loop at the top, then tie them on over yout hair (buns or ponytail)

  • OHHH.

    So like.

The loop at the end is like similar to dread falls cause you put a lace in it?

Im going to try to make Foam falls and cyberlox.

    I think there very cool.

But I just like finished my first pair of layered dread falls and there okay but yeah haha.

  • But what if you have short hair? Mine doesn't even go to my shoulders?

  • then you can't wear falls unfortunately. You could get a wig and tie them onto that, i also have a new product i call "scrappies" where its 4 sets of foam glued onto a hair clip. not as full but cheap and people with short hair can wear them.

  • Wow that's really simple... I was making it way too hard! XD Thank you.

  • cool, I always wondered how the foam was done

  • Great! Thanks for posting this video!

  • Thanks for the video ^^

  • Awesome video! Foam falls are by far the most under-appreciated of falls.

Yarn? Pshaw! Foam is less expensize, easier to work with and has a more polished look.

  • umm

    this might sound stupid

but how do you put it on your head tho >?

    ?_?

  • you put your hair up in 2 buns, and tie them on overtop.

  • So simple and so helpfull!

I'll try it one day! Thanks!

  • hi bunny!! i have that shirt :P

  • lol alot of people do! everyone in the fake-hair community was like "i have that shirt!" lol. i rarely wear it though, i have a hard time trying to figure out what to wear under it. =P

  • kool video

  • This was very helpful! Thanks!
