  • This is GREAT because it really brings me back to my childhood.

  • Remember the dangers of those big glass soda bottles? Every so often, you'd hear about somebody dropping one in a supermarket, and getting cut by flying glass when the thing hit the floor and exploded.

  • There is also a clip in which they make old paper into new paper.

  • heh.. I remember those old "longneck" bottles back in the 70s and early 80s..before plastic soda bottles became popular... we always took the 6 or 8packs back to the store for a deposit.

  • Ah, recycling before it became trendy.

  • I use to wonder where those boxes of bottles where going at the end of the skit.

  • I miss the old 8-packs of half-liter glass bottles of soda.

  • yeah..those "longnecks".. I miss those...always took them back to the store for the deposit..

  • I remember this as a kid and the funny thing is I actually DO this NOW for a living.

  • You won't believe the title of this piece of music. And it's kind of funny, because this film was made in 1975. This piece of music is actually called "Black Eyed Peas!" Isn't that strange?

  • Another great one and good music as always. :-)

  • the music was Black Eyed Peas

  • I wonder if Graham Presket ever released this music to a tape or CD. I like it.

  • Sesame Street was ahead of its time. Before everyone was reminding us to recycle, they showed us this one. Was it the same music in the "bottles" and the "paper" pieces?

    ~Ra'akone

  • No, but the musician was the same.

  • Ah, recycling.
