  • I fuckin love D.R.I.

  • this album is sick, i wish they covered Discharge or Anti-Cimex or something though.

  • 0 people had to violently pacificated (pun)

  • its just Force you to be nice to eachother, kill you before you kill eachother. fast, then slower

  • EXELENT HARDCORE PUNK/ THRASHCORE COVER !!!

  • SICKSICKSICKSICK!!!!!! I wish our gods would cover every cool hard core song out there SICK!

  • I used to love this song.. I must have been one angry kid.. what the fuck was I thinking..

  • @Skremn01 o.O

  • @Skremn01 well..., you suck nowdays

  • slayer and dri are awesome and im glad slayer showed us what they like with this cover album. and good for the people that are young saying they like this and great to the people reminding us when pits were fucking brutal! :)

  • Одна из лучших вещей команды. Дикая панк-революция.

  • Suck Lombardo didn't play on this album. He was hella into DRI and DK back in the day! Slayer doing some DK woulda been awesome!

  • @SinisterManiac Actually, I heard Kerry King say in an interview that they were going to cover a Dead Kennedys song called "Forward To Death". But the only way to really sing the song is the way Jello Biafra does it and honestly, imagine Tom Araya singing like Jello Biafra. Lol! So they ditched that idea.

  • i discovered slayer when i was a baby when my dad put in reign in blood im 15 now and i discovered d.r.i. not to long ago with thier song "you say im scum" and still listenin

  • im only 15 and i heard both versions and both sound aewsome ( slayers and d.r.i.'s)

  • I agree the original song is better only because D.R.I is awesome, this was a great Slayer album doing covers. I know a lot of whiny bitch metal heads cried about this but know your history & where the influence comes from turkeys, when the hardcore punk scene was in it's infancy those where brutal days in the pit.

  • DRI's is better

  • Slayer and other thrash bands use to play with punk bands and so they influenced eachother

  • people always gave me shit for saying this was the best slayer album out there....I stiill stand by it though. Fuckin greatest punk rock covers ever made all on one album. Whats not to love!

  • this song makes me want to kill people on the streets.

  • these guys started in 81 .. crossover thrash was made in mid 80s hardcore was early 80s

  • whoa this is the best cover of D.R.FuckinR.

  • @MegaDave109 i think this is the only cover for DRI

  • I think D.R.I's version is better, but that's mainly because I FUCKING LOVE D.R.I! Slayer did this song a bit of justice, but I feel as though the original version was a bit more coordinated and done with a bit more passion. Still love this version though.

  • dirty fucking rotten imbeciles covered by slayer. how fucking awesome

  • this is actually a pretty cool cover

  • Fucking wicked! D.R.I. will ALWAYS be a fave.

  • hahahaha tom araya cantando punk XDDD

ya se que esto no es punk pero es imposible negra que el armonico suena muy punk

  • This Rules! My favorite album after Reign in Blood

  • mon pere ador tout tes chansson j'ador

  • Its John Dette on drums here

  • @32slugger32 I think in studio in was bostaph but on tour it was Dette...could be wrong though

  • Damn tom is pretty killer with bass

  • almighty D.R.I.

  • Saw D.R.I. back in the day, awesome band, fecking good cover!

  • me like this very much Fucking Slayer RAPE EVERYONES MIND WITH THE EST FUCKING METAL IN UNIVERSE.

  • one of my favourite songs

  • Great track. Really like the breakdown @ 0:40 and so on. Pretty sweet.

  • The lyrics are wrong. It's the same lyrics the whole song.

  • If you dig this music, check out VSD live from 1987 on here. VSD- Life of Scum, Kill your kids, Mental breakdown, and 4 other killer old school metal/ crossover songs. Enjoy.

  • hey now, thats just not true. their cover of in-na-gadda-da-vida is badass.

  • No reason slayer is so heavy, they grew up listening to hardcore and crossover thrash.

  • @keymaster2 so did lamb of god and they're heavy as hell too

  • @keymaster2 Actually they didn't grow up listening to hardcore and crossover thrash. They started listening to it just years before this album. Educate yourself before you speak.

  • @DeathcoreIsNotMetal

No, you listen up mr. blackmetalhead. All thrash metal, AND I MEAN ALL was influenced by the hardcore punk movement. If it wasn't for bands like Minor Threat, Black Flag, Bad Brains, and Dead Kennedys, thrash would not have been able to form. If you listen closely to thrash and educate yourself before YOU make a comment like that. Thrash takes huge influences from the New Wave of British Metal and Hardcore Punk.

  • @keymaster2 How do you know I even like black metal? And no shit Thrash is derived from punk. I didn't say it wasn't. All I'm saying is that Jeff and Kerry didn't start listening to punk until several years in the band. Slayer's influences were early Exodus, Iron Maiden, and Judas Preist among others. Learn to read before you open your mouth now... Stop embarassing yourself.

  • @DeathcoreIsNotMetal

Because I've talked to you before about marijuana, lol. May you cite your info please?

  • @keymaster2 Which information? About how Kerry, and Jeff didn't start listening to punk until several years into the band?

  • @keymaster2 I'll send you the link. Kerry King says Jeff started listening to Punk in the first few years, and he started many years later. e.g. they didn't grow up listening to it.

  • @DeathcoreIsNotMetal not really...you can see old pictures of jeff with dead kennedys stickers on his guitar

  • @keymaster2

Jeff was into punk/hardcore. Kerry was into Priest, Maiden, and of course Venom! Blend punk with metal you get thrash metal!

  • @keymaster2 According to what I know, crossover thrash didn't exist when Slayer was growning up, just because they *invented* thrash metal ;D

  • @slayerlambert crossover was around when slayer was around, dri formed in 82.

  • Fucking awesome!!! \m/

Great job my friend, keep up the good work!

I give you 5 Stars and favorite..

  • Like D.R.I.-especially "Dealing with it"-kind of blended hardcore/trash.

  • This song is on Undisputed Attitude, its mostly cover tunes re-done by Slayer. Theres some Minor Threat, DRI, TSOL and Stooges on there and its a great album.

  • Fucking AWESOME!!!!!

  • fuck yea a cover of a nother sick band.

    they do a good job.

  • D.R.I.

  • Awesome. SLAYER!!!!
