First of all when i did it i was like "huh? my circle is around the video" but then i discoverd what was wrong because i wasnt on the video start ;p

Are you sure you dragged it specifically to the EDGE of the box ? Not just to a random place?

no, I put in the white thing & went to chorma keyer and made it a "white screen" (thats stupid now that I think about it xD) and I used the circle cookie cutter effect to make the.. circley thing. (;
